Dear friends

It is a great pleasure for me to invite you and your members to participate in our International Grand Chapitre in the the Old City, the National Open Air Museum, in Aarhus, Denmark.

The arrangements will be in line with the the very best Chaine des Rotisseurs and L'Ordre Mondial traditions.

The program for the Chapitre starts with a L'Ordre Mondial winetesting dinner on friday  11th of June 2004 at 19.00 at Restaurant Varna (Business attire) where one of Denmarks best Chefs will be in charge and the Danish Grand Echanson Per Pallesen will comment the wines.

The Intronisation will take place at 16.00 on saturday 12th of June in the old Elsinore Theater in the Old City. It  was build in 1817 and moved to the museum in 1961.

At 17.30 on saturday 12th of June there will be a prosession to the Mintmaster Mansion. The house was build in Copenhagen in 1683 and the rebuilding at the museum has just been finished. Here driks are served.

The Gala Dinner starts at 18.30. The dinner is created by one of Denmarks best restaurants, Prins Ferdinand and an orchestra will play during the dinner. Black tie.

We do hope to have as many international members participating as possible.

His Royal Highness Prince Henrik of Denmark, Member of Conseil d'Honneur of Chaine des Rotisseurs, is extending his very best greetings to all participants.

Enrolment in this special celebration can take place by using the enclosed Registration form.
