Shwartzkopf Yuri Alexeevich  

Director of St. Petersburg Shostakovich Academical Philarmony.

Born on February 24th 1947 in Leningrad. Graduated from Leningrad branch of Moscow institute of poligraphy and Leningrad State Institute of theater, music and cinematography (1983). Had been working as a Director of Komissarjevskaya Dramatic theater, Executive Director of Mariinsky theater.  

From September 2000 - director of Shostakovich  Academic Philarmony. Member of Union of theater figures of Russia.

Married, has 2 children.
