An unusual event was held a night of July 12th 2006 in restaurant Garcon. Members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and their friends could experience the exquisiteness of French gastronomic delights prepared by an outstanding French chef - Pascal Henrot.

Dinner took place at the elegant terrace with a flattering view on Kazansky Cathedral and Griboedova canal in relaxed art-deco ambience and friendly atmosphere.
Chef's Amuse Smashed avocado with pistachio oil slices of spiced shrimps and sweet tomatoes followed by poached sturgeon with hazelnut oil and Mr Ayme's Truffle, crunchy asparagus and compote of braised carrot. In between minute sorbet of Grapefruit and vodka made the guests ready for the next course - saut?ed young Veal tenderloin, eggplant and apple, pink mustard sauce and wonderful dessert - the golden Pallet 24 carats.
Five types of wines were chosen to highlight an exquisite taste of each served meal.

At the end of the wonderful relaxing evening Conceiller Gastronomique of the Cha?ne des Rotisseurs, Mr. Elmar Greif expressed his gratitude to Mr. Pascal Henrot and the whole team of the restaurant for wonderful dinner and service. Following the Chaine tradition the plaque of the Guild was presented to the Restaurant "Garcon".
