"Triton" is the first delicatessen restaurant of haute fish cuisine in Saint-Petersburg specializing in author's cuisine on the basis of unique receipt of dishes made of exclusively fresh fish and seafood supplied from France, Italy, Southeast Asia and the USA.
The restaurant is situated in historic centre of the city on the embankment of Fontanka River, next to Bol'shoi Dramatic theatre named after G. A. Tovstonogov.
The restaurant consists of two halls, the kitchen occupying the same space in area extent. The first, smaller is a VIP-hall, in it 5 tables are cozily arranged, a big round table in the middle and four tables along the walls. In the second hall there are 10 tables and two secluded divan zones. General capacity of the restaurant comes to 84 sites.
