Young cooks competition 2009      

On February 02, 2009 Chaine des Rotisseurs held eighth National Young Cooks Competition traditionally at Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel. Among participants were Alexey Suvorov from Sheraton Palace Hotel in Moscow, and residents of St Petersburg Alexander Netchayev from Grand Hotel Europe, Andrey Bredkin from Stroganoff Steak House and Dmitriy Kosaturov from Azimut Hotels company.      

During the three hours competitors had to compose and to cook three course menu. After the tasting and voting the jury of both professional and non-professional members of Chaine announced the winner: Andrey Bredkin from Stroganoff Steak House, managed and co-owned by Leonid Garbar. Now Andrey will go to International Young Cooks Competition in October in New York  to represent Russia. Good luck!
